3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Donations (Non-Refundable)
•Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of:

•Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction.
2. Event Registrations / Volunteer Contributions

3. Refund Process
•Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original payment method.
