Thank you for considering a donation to Jagattu Mass for Awareness Federation. Before you give, please take a moment to understand how your contribution works.
What You're Supporting
Your donation helps us:
- Train farmers and youth in regenerative agriculture techniques
- Restore forests and coastal ecosystems
- Build demonstration bamboo structures
- Document and preserve heritage knowledge
- Develop open-source tools for sustainable communities
- Run workshops and fellowships that spread these practices across India
We pool all donations and allocate them where they're most needed. While you can tell us your preferences (like "for agriculture programs"), we make the final decisions based on ground realities.
Important: Donations Are Non-Refundable
⚠️ Please Read Carefully
Once you complete a donation, it cannot be refunded. This is because:
- We're a non-profit organization, not a business selling products
- Your donation is immediately put to work in our programs
- We can't easily "undo" the work your money enabled
- Our financial planning depends on knowing what funds we have available
The only exceptions we make:
- Clear duplicate transactions (you accidentally donated twice)
- Proven fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method
Even in these cases, we review requests individually and decisions are at our sole discretion.
Before You Donate
- Double-check the amount you're donating
- Verify your payment details are correct
- Understand that this is a gift, not a purchase
- Know that you won't receive any financial return or ownership stake
- Keep your donation receipt for tax purposes (if eligible)
Payment Security
We use reputable third-party payment gateways. While we choose them carefully, no online transaction is 100% secure. Please:
- Use a secure internet connection
- Don't share your payment details with anyone
- Contact us immediately if you notice suspicious activity
Tax Benefits
We're registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, which may allow you to claim tax deductions for eligible donations.
However:
- Tax laws change, so verify current regulations
- Your eligibility depends on your specific situation
- Consult your tax advisor—we can't give tax advice
- We provide receipts, but can't guarantee tax benefits
What You Receive

- Periodic updates about our work (you can opt out)
- Our sincere gratitude
✗ You will NOT Get:
- Financial returns or profits
- Ownership or control of our organization
- Voting rights or decision-making power
- A commercial product or service
